This Policy covers Proizd.ua websites, its mobile app and related train and bus ticket services, traffic-fine search and payment, accounts, support and notifications.
We process data to enter into and perform a contract, search for available services, issue and display tickets, check and pay fines, provide receipts, synchronize orders, process refunds, operate accounts and provide support.
Data may also be processed to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, prevent fraud, protect rights and secure the service.
Diagnostics, analytics and product improvements rely on PROIZD LLC's legitimate interests or consent where required by law or platform rules. Advertising and marketing messages are sent only with separate consent or another appropriate legal basis. You may opt out of marketing without stopping service messages about orders, payments or security.
We receive data from users, their devices, carriers and suppliers, payment providers, government or authorized information systems, and support and analytics services.
If you enter data about another passenger or vehicle owner, you must have a lawful basis to provide it.
Each recipient receives only the data needed for its function.
Some technology providers may process data outside Ukraine. In these cases, PROIZD LLC applies available contractual and organizational safeguards and transfers only the necessary data.
Data is retained no longer than needed for its purpose, contractual obligations, accounting and tax records, disputes and legal requirements.
After the applicable period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized unless otherwise required by law.
PROIZD LLC uses appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect data against accidental or unlawful loss, destruction, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access. Staff and contractor access is limited to their duties.
No method of processing guarantees absolute security. In case of an incident, we act according to law and notify individuals or authorities where necessary.
You may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, withdraw consent and complain to a competent authority.
Send requests to [email protected]. To protect data, we may ask you to verify your identity.
After confirmation, profile data is deleted or anonymized and account access ends. Associated notification and marketing contacts are deleted or disabled as part of the deletion procedure. Data required by law, for refunds, security or disputes may be retained for the necessary period and is not used for marketing.
Requests are processed without undue delay and within the time required by law and PROIZD LLC's internal procedure.
Websites may use cookies and local storage for sessions, preferences, security and analytics. The mobile app may use local storage and SDK identifiers for similar purposes. Optional technologies are used according to settings and legal requirements.
Parents, legal representatives or other people booking tickets for children are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of the data they provide. Such data is processed only as needed to arrange and service the journey.
We may update this Policy. The current version, effective date and material changes are published on this page; users receive additional notice where necessary.
